Itsy Nails London- Swatch & Review
*Press Sample*
Hello, my lovely readers, I hope you have all had a wonderful week. Mine was rather busy as my Mum was off work so we have spent a few days out, one at the butterfly farm and another at the zoo. Lexi absolutely loved the zoo her favourite were the monkeys, horses and goats. She wasn't as keen of the Butterfly farm just kept saying oh no when they flew too close. I am now officially exhausted and can barely move but it was totally worth it to see her having so much fun. Now that I have babbled on enough about my day to day life, let us get into what you are all here for. The nail polish! Today I have a post of some of the DuraPro Gel effect polishes from the lovely people at Itsy Nails London. These were sent to me for review, so let's jump straight in!
They sent me three of their new polishes from their DuraPro Gel Effect line, these are polishes that like Gel polishes without the use of a UV or LED lamp. I was really impressed with formula for all of these and I loved the variation of colours they have available.
The first polish is called Cosi Ti Amo this is a beautiful cobalt blue creme that reached full opacity in just two coats. I did not use top coat on any of my swatch pictures, as it dried naturally to a shiny glossy finish.
This is a great polish for the Summer months or Spring, the formula for these polishes dries quite fast so there is not much waiting around time. All of these polishes are on the thicker side but they are easy to control and apply well to the nail.
The second polish that was sent to me is called Bohemian Gypsy, this is a really pretty rose toned neutral. This also reached full opacity in two coats and went on the nail nice and smoothly.
This polish would definitely be appropriate to wear to work or for interviews, it can be worn pretty much any time of the year. At first, I wasn't sure this rose toned colour would suit my skin tone, but I surprisingly really liked it once it was on my nails.
The last polish made me do a little happy dance, this is No Fear. It is perfect for the Autumn/ Fall and would be a great base for some Halloween nail art.
This was another two coater polish and applied really easy to the nail, it loved the glossy effect that all of these polishes had. I really love No Fear and will definitely bring it back out for some Halloween mani's that I have in mind.
Overall I was really impressed with all three of these DuraPro Gel Effect nail polishes, they are on the thicker side but not too thick that they aren't easy to handle. None of them left any staining on my cuticles or nails once removed. I loved how glossy they looked even without any top coat, I wore No Fear for 4 days and I did not get one single chip which means these would be perfect if you are looking for a long lasting nail polish.
Itsy Nails London are a UK indie brand that specialises in selling a Gel Effect polish that is long lasting and saves you the time and money of having to go to a nail salon. All of their polishes are 5 free and cruelty-free. All of their polishes are £5.99 for a 11ml bottle, they have a wide range of colours to choose from and offer free delivery when you spend £10 or more. Thank you again to the lovely people at Itsy for sending these to me in exchange for my review. I will leave links to the Itsy website down below, along with links to all of their social media.
I hope you all enjoyed this post, I would love to know which of the shades is your favourite. I would probably choose No Fear just because it is the perfect colour for this upcoming season and Halloween. Can you tell I am excited about Halloween! One of my favourite holidays, so be prepared for plenty of nail art and Halloween polishes coming up from me in October.
As always have a fabulous nail day and I will chat to all you wonderful people again soon.
Cosi Ti Ammo is definitely my favorite!

DeleteI am in love with all these colors! But I would add some design. I like glitters ( like http://nailartstyle.com/top-60-glitter-acrylic-nails ) and want to do blue nails like yours with glitter polish.
ReplyDeleteThese will be popping back up soon with some stamping, I might have to give them a go with a glitter too :D x
