Toadarrific Nail Vinyls- Swatch & Review
*Press Sample*
Hello, my lovely readers, I hope you have all had a really nice week. Yesterday I finally met up with my nail bestie Becca, face to face. I spent far too much but me and Lexi had a really great time, we were also wearing the same polish to make the day even more epic. Becca is from A Certain Becca Nails, I am sure you are following her already, but if not head over to her blog and social media to give her some much-deserved love. For today's post I will be testing out some nail stencils which were sent to me by the lovely Teanna from Toadarrific nail for review. So let's jump straight in!
The first design I created using the lovely butterfly stencil, I used this over an upcoming Level Up Lacquer release which I will have a full blog post for on Monday. I waited for my top coat to fully dry and applies the stencil directly to my nail. I then used the purple shimmer stamping polish from Born Pretty Store to fill in the butterfly gaps. I removed the stencil whilst the polish was still wet with a pair of tweezers. It came away nice and smoothly and didn't smear the butterflies too much.
The second mani I created is sort of an anti-valentine look, I used this beautiful rain/teardrop stencil to create some tear drops for three of my nails. I used my Twinkled T Glamour mat for this look, I place each stencil onto my mat and then filled this in with Princess Nail Lacquer I Pink I Love You a gorgeous light pink polish. I lifted the stencils up while the polish was wet and then used Moyra Top coat to cover the design and applied to my nails when that was fully dry. I couldn't not stamp this really cute heart image and border from the Uber Chic Love & Marriage 03, it was just too cute.
Overall I am really impressed with the quality of these nail stencils, I am definitely still learning when it comes to using stencils and vinyls. But these were really simple to use and applied to both the nail and nail art mat easily. Toadarrific also sells nail decals, nail tools and Helmer decals, I own quite a few of these and they are amazing and really easy to apply to your Helmer. She has many different designs of stencils and decals, all of her stencils cost £2.48 you get 20 stencils on each sheet so they are good for quite a few mani's. The decals are £1.65 for 30 on one sheet, another really good price. She does ship worldwide and I have received my parcel within 7 working day's each time I have ordered from her. I will leave the link to her Etsy store down below along with her social media, if you love your nail art definitely go check out her shop.
I would love to know your thoughts on these pretty stencils, also if you have any tips on using vinyls please leave them down below. They are all really appreciated, big thank you to the lovely Teannna for sending these to me for review. Have fabulous nail day my lovelies and I will chat to you all again really soon.
