26 Great Nail Art Idea's- Pastel To Bold Gradient With Something On Top

Woohoo, it's Friday again! I love the weekend's plenty of time spent with family and my usual roast dinner on Sunday. It will be Easter this Sunday, so keep your eyes peeled for a couple Easter mani's that will be posted on my Instagram over the weekend. Today's post is another instalment for the Crumpets Nail Tart's 26 Great Nail Art Idea's challenge. So let's see what I came up with.

This time the theme was a pastel to a bold gradient, so I decided this was the perfect time to use my brand new Lina Nail Art Supplies Make Your Mark 03 with the blank space image.

With it being Spring and my love for all things pink, I decided to go for the beautiful Pretty Serious Pet Names polishes. First I used Esmaltes Da Kelly Dolly on the blank space image and stamped that onto my nails. I then blended Dolly with Pretty Serious Fluffkins from the pastel pet names collection (Full swatches of this collection will be up shortly.) I also used Sugar Cakes from the original Pet Names collection.

For the gradient and the stamping I used Make Your Mark 03, this is the plate that has the blank space in the middle perfect for gradients. Not going to lie this took a lot of practise to even get a pickup, but once I had the technique that worked for me I got into a rhythm. I found being very gentle with my scraper and only scraping a few times to blend the polishes worked best. I used the image in the bottom left-hand corner for stamping. I would definitely recommend this plate it does make gradients a lot quicker. Even if you just want to lay a white base down for some nail art, it will do that a lot faster than you painting and waiting for a white creme to dry.

Everyone else's mani's will be in the In-Linkz below, I would love to know what your thoughts are on the blank space image from this plate??

Have a fab nail day lovelies and I will chat to you all again on Monday.
