Pretty Perfect Polish Rugrats Collection- Swatch & Review
Welcome back my lovelies, I hope this week has been going smoothly for all of you. For today's post I have another awesome collection from UK indie maker Pretty Perfect Polish. Not long ago she released two lots of trios inspired by the 1990's TV cartoon Rugrats. I have 5 out of the 6 polishes to share with you today.
As I said this collection was inspired by the cartoon Rugrats, me and my brother used to love watching this my favourite was Angelica and his was Chuckie. I love the mix of colours that Maegan the maker of Pretty Perfect Polish chose to use for this collection, they all work really well together.
Nakey Is Good
Nakey Is Good is inspired by the lovable character of Tommy, this is a light blue linear holographic with micro flakies. This was fully opaque in 2-3 coats and had a really nice formula to work with.
Why Can't They Tell Us Apart
The second polish is Why Can't They Tell Us Apart, this is to represent the twin babies Phil and Lil. This is a very pale green with a slight blue tone linear holographic with micro flakies. This took 3 coats to be fully opaque and applied really nicely and evenly to the nail.
Dumb Babies
The final polish that came in Part one of this collection is Dumb Babies, this polish is to represent Angelica. Just like Angelica this is definitely a favourite for me out of the collection, it is a light purple linear holographic with UCC flakies. This was fully opaque in 2 coats and had another lovely formula.
I love My New Brother
Part two of the collection had another gorgeous blue coloured polish, this is I Love My New Brother. A deep blue linear holographic with a strong pink shimmer. This again had a really nice formula to apply and was fully opaque in 2 coats.
I Am Reptar Hear Me Roar
The final polish is I Am Reptar Hear Me Roar, this is such a beautiful deep green linear holographic. The formula was great to work with and this was so close to being a 1 coater, I did need 2 for some of my nails just to cover an bald spots. This polish can also be used for stamping, it is quite good over black but really vibrant over lighter colours.
Overall I really loved this collection, the polishes worked so well for the Characters and the Cartoon. I was definitely taking a trip down memory lane when I was working with these. There is another polish from the collection which is a burnt orange linear holographic, I am slightly regretting not picking that one up too.
These polishes are available now from the Pretty Perfect Polish website, you can part 1 and part 2 in sets or you can buy them individually for £7 per bottle. They are available in both 10ml and 6ml bottles. I will leave links to the Pretty Perfect Polish store and their social media down below so you can go and browse. She does have an upcoming Disney Heroes Vs Villains collection coming out soon, so I am sure I will pick that up to share with you in the future.
I hope you enjoyed this review, I would love to know which one is your favourite? And how many of you remember Rugrats? Let me know down in the comments.
As always have a fantastic day my lovelies and I will chat to you all again soon.

ReplyDeleteThis collection from Pretty Perfect Polish is so inspiring! I love the mix of colors used in each of the polishes. Maegan put a lot of thought into how she wanted to represent each character from Rugrats. The classes are lovely; the holographic and flakes give each one extra depth. It's also great to hear that some can be used for stamping. The role of leadership in successful management assignments and how to develop leadership skills is essential, and this collection is an excellent reminder of that.
