Glisten & Glow: Inner Peace Collection

Hello my lovely fairies!

Hope you have all been keeping well. I am so sorry about the big gap in posts but March did not go to plan. First we all got poorly with a sickness virus then half way through we all tested positive for Covid. Thankfully we are all recovering well, the girls weren’t too poorly and i’m getting there slowly. So for todays post I have some gorgeous Spring polishes to share with you from Glisten & Glow, so let’s jump straight in!

The gorgeous Inner peace collection consists of four springy coloured crellies, each one is packed with some gorgeous coloured metallic flakes to give it a really pretty juxtaposition of colour. All four polishes have the same lovely formula to work with and use the wide paddle brush for application.

Mindful Meditation

Mindful Meditation- this is an orchid purple crelly base with metallic purple flakes, swatch is 2 coats plus a glossy top coat. This is such a pretty spring time polish and reminds me of the gorgeous orchids that will be blooming soon.

Price: £11

Exhale The Past

Exhale The Past- this is a peach toned crelly base packed with light green metallic flashes, swatch is 2-3 coats plus a glossy top coat. This one is really pretty not sure it quite suits my skin tone but it reminds me of ceramic plant pots with vines.

Price: £11

Inhale The Future

Inhale The Future- this is a sea foam green crelly base with gold metallic flakes, swatch is 2 coats plus a glossy top coat. This is probably my favourite mix colour wise as those gold flakes just pop off the sea foam green base, gives me mermaid vibes.

Price: £11

Just Breathe

Just Breathe- this is a really pretty light pastel blue crelly base with bright blue metallic flakes, swatch is 2 coats plus a glossy top coat. This is such a pretty polish for spring, reminds me of those sun my spring days with the bright blue sky and clouds.

Price: £11

My overall thoughts on this pretty collection is that they are all fabulous polishes for this time of year and those metallic flakes really do take them to another level. Formula’s were easy to use through out and build up beautifully on the nail. If you are looking for new polishes to wear this spring then these are definitely great ones to pick up, those flakes don’t make removal hard either as they come off without leaving sparkles all over your skin like some others I have tried.

These are available now at Glisten & Glow as a set for $40 or individually, if your like me and live in the UK then the UK stockist Rainbow Connection also has these for sale now individually. All Glisten & Glow polishes are 5 free and cruelty free. I have never been disappointed with a Glisten & Glow polish they always perform well and Gill the owner makes such wonderful colour collections, there is always something for everyone.

Here are some nail art designs I have done using these fabulous polishes, they look great glossy but I found a matte top coat really makes those flakies pop on the nail. For more information about these designs head over to my Instagram.

I would love to know what your thoughts are on this collection?? Let me know down in the comments if you’ve picked any of these up yet. As always take care my lovelies and I will be back soon with some more pretty polishes perfect for this time of year.
